If you agree to wait, your order will remain in processing status for up to 30 days while we restock the item.
If you prefer a cancellation and have already made an advance payment, you will receive a full refund (adjusted for any cashback used) within 1-7 days.
2.3. Online Payment Refund:
If you cancel an order after making an online payment, a small online gateway transaction fee may be deducted from the refund.
Returns or replacements may not be accepted in the following scenarios:
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product.
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.
Consumable items that have already been used or installed.
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
Products returned without the original packaging, accessories, or box.
