2. Cancellation & Refund Due to Product Unavailability

If the product you ordered is temporarily unavailable, Empire Technologies reserves the right to cancel the order within 7 days.

2.2. Customer Options:

  • If you agree to wait, your order will remain in processing status for up to 30 days while we restock the item.

  • If you prefer a cancellation and have already made an advance payment, you will receive a full refund (adjusted for any cashback used) within 1-7 days.

2.3. Online Payment Refund:
If you cancel an order after making an online payment, a small online gateway transaction fee may be deducted from the refund.

3. Cases Where Return/Replacement Is Not Applicable

Returns or replacements may not be accepted in the following scenarios:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling of the product.

  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of the product.

  • Consumable items that have already been used or installed.

  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
